Private AI for ministries and public authorities in Oman
Government work runs on decrees, circulars, policies and decades of correspondence. Falaj lets your staff ask questions of all of it in Arabic or English and get an answer that names the document it came from, without a single file leaving your building.
What changes for your teams
- Answers in seconds, with the source. Staff ask the way they would ask a colleague and see the circular, decision or letter behind the answer, down to the passage.
- The current rule, not an old one. When a newer decision replaces an older one, Falaj points that out instead of quoting the version that no longer applies.
- Old paper becomes searchable. Scanned files from the archive, in Arabic or English, are read and included.
- Drafting help in formal Arabic. Replies, memos and summaries are prepared from your own records for an employee to review and sign.
- Clearance levels respected. Each person only receives answers drawn from documents their role and classification allow them to see.
Why it has to run inside the entity
Public cloud AI tools send questions and documents to servers run by foreign companies. For classified material, personal data about citizens and internal deliberations, that is often not acceptable. Falaj runs on a server on your premises in Oman, needs no internet connection, and keeps a log of every question for audit. It was designed around Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) from the start.
Questions your staff might ask
- What does the latest circular say about remote work for employees on probation?
- Which decisions changed the approval limits for direct purchases since 2022?
- Summarise the correspondence with the contractor on the Ibri project and list the open points.
- Draft a reply to this letter based on our previous responses on the same subject.
Common questions
Does Falaj send any government data outside Oman?
No. Falaj runs on a server inside your entity and works with no internet connection at all. Questions, documents and answers stay on that server.
Can Falaj handle classified documents?
Yes. Access follows your departments, roles and classification levels, so a person only gets answers from documents they are entitled to read. Every question is logged for review.
Does it understand official Arabic?
Falaj was built Arabic-first. It reads formal Arabic, Gulf usage and mixed Arabic-English documents, and answers in the language of the question.
