What this website collects
Nothing is stored by us when you browse this website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads no code, fonts or images from any other company. Every file you receive comes from falaj.mraisi.com.
The demonstration form prepares a message on your own device. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that message yourself through WhatsApp or email. At that point we receive the details you entered: your name, organisation, phone number, email address and any note you added.
How we use your details
We use them only to reply to you and arrange the demonstration you asked for, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the request. We do not sell your details, share them with other organisations for their own purposes, or add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep them
We keep an enquiry while we are discussing the demonstration with you and, if we go on to work together, for as long as that relationship requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Services involved
If you send your request by WhatsApp or email, that message is carried by the service you chose (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta, or your email provider) under its own privacy terms. This website is hosted by Netlify and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they may record technical data such as IP addresses in their server logs for security purposes, as described in the Netlify and Cloudflare privacy policies.
Information kept on your device
The only thing this website saves in your browser is your choice of language, so that the page opens in Arabic or English next time. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) you may withdraw your consent, ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, transfer or delete it. Write to mahmood@mraisi.com and we will respond within the period the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection and allows the browser to run only its own verified scripts. To report a security concern, please contact mahmood@mraisi.com.
Terms of use
The content of this website is general information about Falaj and our services. It is not a contractual offer, and the scope and terms of any engagement are agreed in writing. The three-dimensional falaj is an artistic illustration and is not to scale.
Client names and logos appear with the permission of the organisations concerned and remain their trademarks. All other content, including text, design and the 3D illustration, belongs to Falaj and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
This notice may be updated as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

ما الذي يجمعه هذا الموقع
لا نخزّن أي بيانات أثناء تصفحكم لهذا الموقع. فهو لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات، ولا يحمّل أي برمجيات أو خطوط أو صور من أي جهة أخرى. كل ملف تتلقونه مصدره falaj.mraisi.com.
يُعدّ نموذج طلب العرض رسالةً على جهازكم أنتم، ولا يصلنا شيء منها حتى تختاروا إرسالها بأنفسكم عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني. عندها نتلقى البيانات التي أدخلتموها: الاسم والمؤسسة ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وأي ملاحظة أضفتموها.
كيف نستخدم بياناتكم
نستخدمها فقط للرد عليكم وترتيب العرض الذي طلبتموه، استناداً إلى الموافقة التي تقدمونها عند إرسال الطلب. لا نبيع بياناتكم، ولا نشاركها مع جهات أخرى لأغراضها الخاصة، ولا نضيفكم إلى قوائم تسويقية.
مدة الاحتفاظ بها
نحتفظ بالطلب طوال فترة التنسيق معكم بشأن العرض، وإذا تعاونّا بعد ذلك فطوال المدة التي تتطلبها تلك العلاقة. أما الطلبات التي لا تنتهي بتعاون فتُحذف خلال اثني عشر شهراً، ويمكنكم طلب حذف طلبكم قبل ذلك في أي وقت.
الخدمات المعنية
إذا أرسلتم طلبكم عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني، فإن الرسالة تنتقل عبر الخدمة التي اخترتموها (مثل واتساب التابع لشركة ميتا، أو مزود بريدكم الإلكتروني) وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ويُستضاف هذا الموقع لدى Netlify ويُقدَّم عبر Cloudflare، وكأي جهة استضافة قد تسجّلان بيانات تقنية مثل عناوين IP في سجلات السيرفرات لأغراض أمنية، كما هو موضح في سياستي الخصوصية لدى Netlify وCloudflare.
ما يُحفظ على جهازكم
الشيء الوحيد الذي يحفظه الموقع في متصفحكم هو اللغة التي اخترتموها، ليفتح بالعربية أو الإنجليزية في زيارتكم القادمة. يبقى ذلك على جهازكم ويمكنكم مسحه في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.
حقوقكم
بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 6/2022، يحق لكم سحب موافقتكم، وطلب نسخة من بياناتكم الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها، وطلب تصحيحها أو نقلها أو حذفها. راسلونا على mahmood@mraisi.com وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحددها القانون. وإذا لم تكونوا راضين عن ردنا، يمكنكم تقديم شكوى إلى وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات.
الأمان
لا يُقدَّم الموقع إلا عبر اتصال مشفّر، ولا يسمح للمتصفح إلا بتشغيل برمجياته الموثّقة. للإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظة أمنية يرجى التواصل على mahmood@mraisi.com.
شروط الاستخدام
محتوى هذا الموقع معلومات عامة عن فلج وخدماتنا، وليس عرضاً تعاقدياً، ويُتفق على نطاق أي تعاون وشروطه كتابةً. ومجسّم الفلج ثلاثي الأبعاد رسم فني توضيحي وليس بمقياس حقيقي.
تظهر أسماء العملاء وشعاراتهم بإذن من المؤسسات المعنية، وتبقى علامات تجارية مملوكة لها. أما بقية المحتوى، بما في ذلك النصوص والتصميم والرسم ثلاثي الأبعاد، فهو ملك لفلج ولا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة استخدامه دون إذن كتابي.
